Our Process

01

Initial Screening

From a universe of 750+ small-cap companies, we apply exclusionary criteria and analyze key financial metrics — growth, ROE, and free cash flow yield — to identify companies that consistently earn their cost of capital.

02

Watchlist Development

We identify companies aligned with top-down themes, conduct qualitative valuations, engage in management dialogue, and assess sustainability factors to build a focused watchlist of approximately 50 names.

03

Three Pillar Approach™ Evaluation

Each candidate is evaluated using our proprietary Three Pillar Approach™. Companies at inflection points with identifiable value drivers within a 3–5 year horizon are prioritized.

04

Portfolio Additions

Bull and bear cases are debated and full team consensus is required. Once added, the team actively engages with management and monitors the company against our Three Pillar criteria.

05

Risk Management & Sell Discipline

Positions are continuously monitored against essential risk factors and actively managed. We sell when the investment premise changes, fundamentals break down, or a more attractive opportunity emerges.
