Three Pillar Framework

A process for responsible asset management

Each investment candidate is evaluated against factors that drive long-term value: competitive advantage, management alignment, fair treatment of stakeholders, and responsible use of physical and human capital.

PILLAR 01

Due Diligence

Screening for negative business practices and measuring stewardship of physical, social, and governance factors that drive value.

PILLAR 02

Engagement

Direct dialogue with executives and boards on factors with material real-world and pecuniary impact, aligned with UN SDGs.

PILLAR 03

Collaboration

Partnership with thought leaders and global initiatives to inform our practice and amplify impact across the industry.

Pillar 01 · Due Diligence

The footprint

A measure of the positive or negative impacts on society or the planet from a company's operations. Our proprietary scoring captures each company's physical, social, and governance footprint.

Power was a defining theme of 2025 — political shifts, leaps in AI compute, and a transformation of how we generate electricity. The question that kept returning to me was whether the promise of AI’s power to create value would be worth the price of powering it. Our Responsible Investing process weighs both sides of that question: we invest in companies powering value creation, and we work to ensure they are not doing so at the expense of people or the planet.
