We’re proud to share our 2024 Sustainability Report, titled “Creating Value,” which demonstrates how we generate positive impact for our clients, employees, communities, and planet.

Highlights of this year’s report include how our three-pillar framework for responsible asset management—Due Diligence, Engagement, and Collaboration—has delivered superior returns with lower risk while supporting environmental and social progress. The report highlights portfolio companies that responsibly steward resources, contribute to positive societal outcomes, and deliver sustainable long-term growth.

The report also explores how wealth management and financial advice at Riverwater Partners aims to create deeper value through intentional alignment with client values. By understanding each client’s unique goals and vision, we develop personalized strategies spanning generational planning to philanthropic alignment—creating lasting value in our clients’ lives and beyond.

In 2024, community impact remained central to our work, with over $77,500 donated to nonprofits and 262 hours of volunteer service from our team. We’ve maintained our net zero carbon emissions commitment and strengthened data security protocols to protect both clients and planet.
